  1. All documents in this edition are "open monies" documents, except for :-
    1. the Letter of Guarantee - This is NOT an open monies guarantee. Where additional facilities are granted, the existing practice of obtaining fresh guarantee to secure the total facilities (ie. existing and additional facilities) is to continue.
    2. Land Charges for Sabah and Sarawak - Open monies charge is not practised in East Malaysia. The existing practice of obtaining additional charges/memorandum of variation of charge, as the case may be, to secure additional facilities granted is to continue to apply.
