Connect BIZ is HLBVN’s Corporate Internet Banking services.
Connect Biz has the following features:

The processing time for Connect BIZ subscription of a new Connect BIZ customer will be 3 working days upon receiving completed and valid documents.
The Connect BIZ is available from 1am to 11pm on daily basis inclusive of Public Holidays.
Connect BIZ can be accessed from anywhere as long as you have access to the Internet.
You are required to complete the Service Request Form and submit to your originated branch of the principle account specified in the Connect BIZ Application Form for processing.
You are required to complete the Service Request Form and submit with all required supporting documents to your home branch of the principle account specified in the Connect BIZ Application Form for processing.
System Administrator is an individual who is authorized by the Accountholder to create and configure user ID for Business User who will perform account inquiry via online.
System Authorizer is an individual who is authorized by the Accountholder to approve the creation and configuration thereof by the System Administrator.
User ID of System Administrator and System Authorizer will be created by HLBVN and sent together with their temporary password (PIN) for 1st time login in Pin Mailer.
Pin Mailer can be delivered via one of following methods:
In order to receive the PIN Mailer, the System Administrator/Authorizer must show his/her ID to verify and sign on a Pin Mailer Acknowledge Form which will be returned to HLBVN.
User is required to use the assigned User ID and the PIN for 1st time login of Connect Biz. Then, the User is required to set up his/her new password as User’s permanent password.
You are required to complete the “Add, update, remove system admin & authorizer Form” and submit with the photocopy of ID of that person (for newly appointed System Administrator/ Authorizer) to your home branch of the principle account specified in the Connect BIZ Application Form for processing.
If you are a Business user with ID and password granted by your System Administrator and System Authorizer, you should request them to reset your ID and password. However, if you are the System Administrator or System Authorizer, you should fill up the “Add, update, remove system admin & authorizer Form” and fax to us for reset processing.
No. You cannot change your Company ID and System Administrator/ Authorizer’s ID.
When your password has been entered wrongly on 3 consecutive attempts, your account will automatically be locked. For unlock account, please refer to the guideline in question 16.
