Statement on Phishing and Fraudulent Email

Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Hong Kong Branch (“HLBHK”) would like to alert customers to a fraudulent email currently in circulation bearing the address ‘hlb@hlbhkasia.com’, advising recipients on inheritance claim funds that are being held by our Bank.

Customers who have responded to the email by providing sensitive personal information and/or have conducted any financial transactions relating to the contents of this email are advised to report this matter immediately to the Police or the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB) of the Hong Kong Police Force.
