Admin Clerk: A helping hand for your business
The Admin Clerk feature enables you to delegate day-to-day tasks to your trusted assistant or employee. They can access your Business Account to:
- Perform fund tansfers and bill payments
- Save favourite beneficiaries or payees for future tansactions
- You have full control of your Admin Clerk’s access and transaction settings, such as:
- Set permitted tansaction types
- Set daily transactions limits
- Enable, disable or change an Admin Clerk’s access
Simple banking at one place
- Pay local suppliers easily via online Fund Transfer
- Generate DuitNow QR to receive payments from customers
- Pay overseas suppliers from over 200 countries with competitive foreign exchange rates from as low as RM10
- View and download up to 2 years of e-Statements
- Pay business utilities i.e. water, wifi, electricity via online Bill Payments
- Single access to both your Business & Personal Accounts
- Convenient & Secure
- Choose your preferred language between English, Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin
- Log in to your HLB Connect App securely using your phone’s biometric features

Here’s how you can register as a new HLB Connect user
If you have an existing debit card, visit www.hlb.com.my/signup & follow these easy steps.

Enter ID number (NRIC/Passport) & TAC that is sent to your mobile phone

Enter your card details

Create your username, password and select security picture
If you don’t have a debit card, visit your nearest HLB Branch for a debit card. Locate Branch
