Adding an account that you frequently transfer to as a favourite account will save you the hassle of re-entering the account details and TAC in future. The next time you want to make a transfer, all you need to do is enter the amount.
Just follow the steps below:
Connect Online Banking
Log in to Connect online and click on Pay & Transact on the top menu.
Click on Add / Delete Favourite under Transfer to Others.
Enter details and click Next.
Confirm details and enter TAC to complete.
Log in to your Connect App, tap on Menu and then tap on Add/ Delete Favourites.
Tap on Mobile/ Other IDs or Accounts.
Tap on Add Favourite and enter the details of your favourite recipients, then tap on Next.
Check the details of the favourite recipients and tap on Add.
You will receive a 6-digit TAC on your mobile phone. Enter it to complete the transaction.
If you wish to delete a favourite account that is already in your favourite list, just select the favourite account and tap on Delete.
