WHAT TO DO AFTER AN ACCIDENT?
- Be calm, avoid argument or dispute.
- Immediate call MSIG Motor Assist Hotline or request assistance via MSIG Motor Assist App
- Note down the following:
1. Registration number(s) of all vehicles involved in the accident
2. Name of the Insurance Company, if possible.
3. Name and address of witnesses, if any.
4. Take photographs or make a rough diagram of the scene of the accident.
- Note down the extent of the damage and/or injuries of parties involved.
- You must lodge a police report within 24 hours of the accident.
- You must notify Insurance company upon making the policy report.
