Q1: Will HLB Sutera Platinum cardholder still entitled to Travel insurance coverage?
Effective 15 July 2024, HLB Sutera Platinum cardholders will not be entitled to complimentary travel insurance coverage. You can claim the travel insurance coverage until 14 July 2024.
Q2: How do I make a claim?
You can submit your claim notification:
By providing MSIG with written notice together with the completed claim form and all relevant documents either by mail, email or walk in to MSIG office, not less than twenty-one (21) days after the event giving rise to the claim.
