With effect from 29 March 2024, please be informed that we have revised the Merchant Services Terms and Conditions. For existing merchants, the revised terms and conditions will take effect on 18 April 2024.

Reduction in Credit Card Interchange Fee
Please be informed that there is a change in the interchange fee for Credit Card, Debit Card and Prepaid Card. However, the current Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) we offer would have already taken into account the revision of the domestic interchange fee based on current sales volume generated and other variable cost. - Reminder on Merchant Practices
Any additional charge, surcharge or minimum payment amount imposed for card payment acceptance is strictly prohibited. Such practices are in violation of the terms stipulated in the Merchant Agreement and the Merchant Terms and Conditions.
